How to Prepare English Breakfast Tea
- Bring water to between 205 - 212 degrees Fahrenheit using a temperature-controlled teapot or a pot on the stove.
- Pour the hot water into a teacup.
- Steep the tea leaves for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea from the cup and add lemon or sweetener and milk, if desired.
