Well-fried tea leaves have a sweeter flavor because the well-frying process does a great job of preserving the tea leaves' natural sugars.
Jasmine Blossoms also has a natural sweetness that complements its floral notes. Jasmine blossoms are also very aromatic, it has a very strong and captivating aroma, which is its primary appeal, not to mention its floral note.
