Measure: | 1/2 teaspoon for 8oz of water |
Water temperature: | 212ºF Use spring water, if possible |
Infusion: | Steep for 5-6 minutes can be reinfused 2-3 times |
Number of Serving: ~ 45 (based on 1/2 teaspoon being used per 8 fluid oz of water) The leaves can be used 2-3 times which can increase the total serving per tin to about 135 servings.
